The Cardiac Society of Rwanda (CSR) is established pursuant to Law N° 058/2024 of 20/06/2024 governing the organization and functioning of national non-governmental organizations in Rwanda, as a National Non-Governmental Organization.
The organization's head office is located in Niboye Sector, Kicukiro District, City of Kigali, and it conducts its activities across the whole territory of the Republic of Rwanda.
